After a long, drawn out effort to disseminate more information (& update our look), on March 15, 2001, the Ides of March got rolling and CySpace actually posted the new web site.

It was an arduous task, and a majority of the content is new, so we encourage everyone to review as much of the site as possible. If you travel a lot and have a need for finding POP locations while out of town, make sure to review the Dial-Up Locator & Support Info sections. All those using cyspacecity.net for their web based email will be happy to hear there is now a direct link from the opening page to the email interface.

We ask all clients to configure your web email account to transfer mail directly to the desktop and not leave it on the server.

Many people currently have seemingly “deleted” their email, but it actually still resides in their deleted folder. A step to empty that folder is required to “clear” the mail off the server. Should you need assistance in resolving this, call or email us at .

Domain mail user clients wishing to store mail files on the web mail server can utilize our archival service which is $1.00/per MB on a monthly.basis.

Into each life, a little rain must fall. We hate to be the bearer of bad news, but since we figured April 15th is not the greatest day in most of our lives anyway, we’d tack on our little tidbit for further effect.

Most of you guys are great and send in your scheduled payments on time...so, this message is NOT for you.

Effective April 15, 2001 the 10% service fee, which is noted in the terms portion of your bill, will be calculated and assessed. We can appreciate every once and a while, for some unforeseen reason your payment may exceed the scheduled date, however, it will be necessary to call and receive an extension for that date (limitations on extensions will also be duly enforced).

We hope all of you can understand that in today’s market, as we (CySpace) seek to provide additional services, we are increasing our staff and resources which require a lot of capital.

For your convenience, the statement you receive this quarter has the current balance of your account.

We never seem to have time to communicate with you guys as much as we’d like, so we wanted to stop now, just for a moment to let all of you know how we feel. It is truly a pleasure to work for such a great group of people!

As time went on, and demands increased, we found ourselves hosting sites, registering domain names, broadcasting faxes, and the list just seems to keep growing by leaps and bounds.
